Observaion
One thing I have noticed with the Montrealeans is that they seem to be less worried what their surrounding’s might think of them. I base this observation on people on public transport with ear plugs. Most of people listening to music seem to be jamming along. Some are lip syncing, some are miming the drums, some are merely tapping the beat with their feet or hands. One was outright dancing on the Metro yesterday!
This will occur in Oslo as well, but it belongs to the rareties and we view them as a bit “special” individuals. Here there’s nothing special about it.
I like that.
